Description
Since childhood, Paul Breuer has been fascinated by cars and drawing. This is how he discovered his vocation as a car designer. After studying art, he tried his luck with the great Italian coachbuilders in 1966.
At the age of 20, he was engaged by OSI and became the first Belgian designer in Italy, among the first foreign designers in Turin. In Fiat he designed the 128 sport, launched in 1972.
Hired by Ford for coachbuilder Ghia, he designed several show cars exhibited in European and US motor shows. In Open Design he then collaborated with Mitsubishi, Saab, Seat and De Tomaso.
In 1985 he made the great step to become an independent designer. His sphere of action expanded by designing not only cars but also boats, trains, caravans, excavators, cable car cabins, etc. One of his latest creations, a Maserati spider.
