Flat rate shipping within the United States is $12.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Some items may require additional shipping due to weight or size limitations: additional shipping will be calculated at checkout if necessary.
We ship U.S. Mail within the United States.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us by telephone or email for rates. We are happy to ship UPS or Fed Ex 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight when possible.
We also ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. International shipping will be calculated when you place your order, and we will send you a PayPal request for the shipping amount. Please contact us by email if you are not certain whether we ship to your location, or to request more information about international shipping rates.
In the event that an item is returned to Autobooks-Aerobooks as undeliverable by the USPS or any other carrier, domestic or foreign, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship. The ONLY exception is if Autobooks-Aerobooks made an error in the shipping address. We ship to the address you supply on your order and cannot be responsible for problems arising from that information at the delivery point.
Return Policy for Online and Telephone Orders
Our return period lasts 10 business days from the date of receipt. If more than 10 business days have elapsed since you received your item, you are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
We ask that you contact us by telephone or email prior to returning your item to notify us of your desire for a refund or exchange, so that we can better evaluate your situation and meet your needs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns of the following types of items: books with obvious signs of use; repair manuals; CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, or software that has been opened; any item which is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; items shipped for return more than 10 business days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
This policy applies solely to items purchased through our website or over the telephone. Purchases made in-person from our physical store location are not covered by this policy, and will be handled separately (and at our sole discretion). If you need to return an item purchased in person, please contact us by telephone or email or visit our store in person during our business hours to discuss your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email or telephone to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval of your refund, your refund will be processed. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us to discuss your exchange. If you wish to return an item and exchange for another you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

Unless Autobooks-Aerobooks has specifically agreed to provide return postage, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot provide a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
